Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week

Shifts: Rotational

**Job Overview**:
We are hiring **Customer Service Executives** for our **Medical Billing Backend Process**. The role involves appointment scheduling, billing support, and maintaining patient records, ensuring smooth backend operations within the healthcare domain.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle **customer service tasks related to appointment scheduling** for patients.
- Support **medical billing processes** with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update **patient records** in the system.
- Assist in **backend operations** for claims, billing, and settlements.
- Ensure compliance with **healthcare guidelines and patient data confidentiality**.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Any discipline; Healthcare/Accounts preferred).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in rotational shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
