We are urgently hiring for the position of BPO Customer Care Executive to join a biggest B.P.O Company. The role involves handling both voice and non-voice processes, providing exceptional customer service and support to our international clients.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

Document and update customer records based on interactions.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Work collaboratively with team members and other departments.

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.

Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
