**Hiring: Customer Support Executive**

**Location**: Jagatpura, Mansaroavar, and Vaishali Nagar
**Experience**: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
**Working Days**: 6 Days (Rotational Offs)
**Communication**: Very Good to Fluent English
**Mode**: Walk-in Interviews Only

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls or chats professionally.
- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantag
- **Salary**:

- **Fresher**: ₹20K CTC + ₹3K Attendance Bonus
- **Experienced**: ₹28K CTC + ₹3K Attendance Bonus
