- Provide excellent customer service and ensure quick resolution of issues.
- Maintain customer interaction records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate product information.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in **English and Hindi**.
- Minimum **2 years** of relevant experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in handling **CRM tools**.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
