**Quality Inspection**: Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- **Testing Procedures**: Develop and implement testing procedures for pump performance, reliability, and safety.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality assurance activities; prepare detailed reports for management.
- **Root Cause Analysis**: Investigate product failures or quality issues; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- **Standards Compliance**: Ensure adherence to ISO, ASTM, and other relevant industry standards and regulations.
- **Process Improvement**: Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify areas for quality improvement and efficiency enhancements.
- **Training**: Provide training to production staff on quality standards and best practices.
- **Supplier Quality**: Evaluate and monitor the quality performance of suppliers; conduct audits and assessments as needed.
- **Customer Feedback**: Analyze customer complaints and feedback to inform product and process improvements.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in quality control/assurance, preferably in the pump or manufacturing industry.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality control tools (e.g., Six Sigma, SPC).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using measuring tools and testing equipment relevant to pump manufacturing.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and other quality improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of pump design, operation, and maintenance principles.
- Certification in quality assurance (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
