JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Collect QC files, section wise updates such as production, plan and inspection from the merchandising.

2. Verify fabric, trims & accessories and their test and inspection report.

3. Verify trims card and sample as per buyer Quality SOP, TP, PDM, order file etc.

4. Study PPS, PPC, Tech pack, Buyers SOP, BOM, PO Sheet and measurement by cross-checking to analyze risk & essential points.

5. Arranging a meeting with the buyer QC and giving the necessary tasks for the PP meeting.

6. Collect necessary test & inspection reports of materials. Then make CAP against of result.

7. Size set review with a technician, QC & QA with b/4 & after iron measurement report to make CAP for bulk.

8. Inspection and verify quality requirements in cutting, sewing and finishing in the factory

9. Checking and matching the accessories such as sewing threads, buttons, care labels, size labels, main labels, photo board polybags, etc., comparing with a trim card as per customer requirements.

10. Implement to buyer quality control manual in the garment factory (all sections).

11. Work as a representative of buyer QC in a Garment Factory

12. Follow up on quality requirements in cutting, sewing and finishing in factory.

13. Conduct in-line inspection and assist the buyer representative in the Final inspection in the factory.

14. Handle and execute all PP meetings and Pilot run meetings.

15. In-line inspection of every lot of sewing and finishing section.

16. Communicate with the fabric department regarding the fabric quality and assist the fabric QA to ensure online quality control of the fabric.

17. Approve the fabric and all accessories for the final bulk production.

18. Rectify the sewing defect and ensure the accurate shape and design of the product as per the client's requirement.

19. Checking out all the accessories in-house for bulk production.

20. Check the fitting of the garment as per the buyer measurement chart.

**Requirements**:
1. **5 years** of prior professional **experience**
- 2.Minimum of 2 years working experience in a quality assurance role in the same field or industry

3. Knowledgeable and must understand the basic concepts on quality assurance, such as quality control principles, methods and systems

4. Able to communicate effectively with people, especially those around him/her, as well as with other departments to exchange information/date on existing issues that may affect the production process

5. Must possess good analytical skills to determine probable causes of product defects and determine appropriate corrective actions when required

6. Possess excellent problem solving skills to identify potential causes of defects and to come up with corrective actions that will eliminate or reduce the defect risks

7. Ability to work under pressure and time constraints while still performing their tasks efficiently

8. Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers, colleagues and customers in a work environment

9.Strong organizational skills, especially those related to scheduling, organizing the work load, and prioritizing activities.

10.Ability to work independently as well as cooperate with other departments if needed

11.Capable of handling complex, detailed and multiple tasks simultaneously to accomplish all the tasks efficiently

12. Must be able to follow up with management to ensure that products will be delivered on time and meet pre-determined deadlines

13. Possess strong leadership skills as well as good interpersonal skills to establish effective rapport with people around him/her such as teams, clients, customers and suppliers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
