- **Inventory Control**:Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods, preventing shortages or excesses.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**:Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, and quality control departments to ensure seamless workflow and align plans.
- **Process Improvement**:Analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions or new technologies to improve processes and reduce costs.
