**Job Title: Production Executive**

**Job Overview**:
As a production Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring efficiency and productivity in line with company standards. You will supervise a team of production workers, manage schedules, and coordinate with other departments to meet production goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Production**: Directly supervise production staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance to ensure quality and efficiency.
- **Schedule Management**: Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders while optimizing resources.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all production staff.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure adequate supply.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline production processes.
- **Training and Development**: Train new production staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills and performance.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on production metrics, including output, quality, and efficiency, and provide analysis to management.
- **Communication**: Facilitate communication between production staff and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any issues or challenges that arise during production, such as equipment malfunctions or supply shortages, and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of production processes and techniques

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
