Solar Controller Supervisor

Supervise daily production of **solar controllers** and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor assembly, wiring, PCB fitting, and testing processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in controllers and coordinate with the design/R&D team for rectification.
- Ensure calibration, load testing, and final inspection are carried out as per SOPs.
- Maintain records for production output, testing results, and rework.
- Manage team of operators, assign daily tasks, and ensure discipline and safety.
- Verify components availability and coordinate with the **procurement department** for timely material supply.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of testing jigs and equipment.
- Provide on-job training to team members and maintain high production efficiency.
- Support in **solar pump controller installation** trials or field feedback if required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
