**Production Planning and Scheduling**:

- Develop daily and weekly production schedules based on customer orders and production targets.
- Coordinate with the production planning team to ensure optimal utilization of resources and timely delivery of products.

**Team Leadership and Supervision**:

- Lead and supervise a team of production workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote productivity and morale.

**Quality Control**:

- Monitor and enforce quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and customer specifications.

**Equipment Operation and Maintenance**:

- Oversee the proper operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs as needed to minimize downtime.

**Inventory Management**:

- Collaborate with the inventory control team to manage raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory levels.
- Implement strategies to reduce waste and optimize material usage.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce and promote a safety-first culture within the production team.
- Conduct regular safety meetings, audits, and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and other efficiency measures to enhance overall production performance.

**Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with other departments such as sales, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure seamless coordination and information flow.
- Report production metrics and key performance indicators to management.
