**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily despatch activities.
- Ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and documentation of shipments.
- Monitor inventory and maintain records of stock movement.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure smooth despatch operations.
- Plan and schedule dispatches to meet delivery timelines.
- Verify dispatch-related documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and transport details.
- Handle logistics-related queries and resolve issues promptly.
