Perform **winding and rewinding** of stators, rotors, armatures, and coils for submersible and electric motors.
- **Count and wind copper wire** as per drawings or specifications.
- **Insulate coils** and ensure correct wire gauge and turns.
- **Assemble and connect winding ends** properly before testing.
- **Operate winding machines** and maintain proper tension and alignment.
- **Identify and repair winding faults** (e.g., short, open, or grounding).
- **Assist in testing** of wound motors for insulation resistance and performance.
- Maintain **cleanliness and safety** in the winding area.
- **Report material requirements** and winding issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure **production targets and quality standards** are achieved.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
