**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Provide detailed information on products and services.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions and handle cash or card payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and current promotions.
- Address customer issues and resolve them promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and relay it to the management for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store targets and enhance the customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum education requirement: 10th grade pass.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve customer issues.
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and looking up information.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
