The Healthcare Customer Care Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to patients, their families, and healthcare providers. This role involves effectively addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information related to healthcare services, insurance coverage, appointments, and general healthcare inquiries.
- Provide information about medical services, treatment options, appointment scheduling, and healthcare facilities.
- Address questions related to billing, insurance coverage, and payment options.
- Assist patients in scheduling appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits with healthcare providers.
- Coordinate and reschedule appointments when necessary, considering both patient and provider availability.
- Address and resolve patient concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
