Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative, located in Coimbatore. The Customer Care Representative will handle daily tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-level communication. Responsibilities also include resolving issues related to Rently's smart leasing platform and smart home devices.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service abilities
- Experience in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in problem-solving and handling customer complaints
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Prior experience in the proptech industry or related field is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
