**Job Summary**:
We are hiring freshers for the role of Calling Auditor. The role involves listening to customer service or sales calls, checking for quality, compliance, and script adherence, and providing feedback to improve performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Audit recorded/live calls for quality and compliance
- Identify gaps and suggest improvements
- Maintain audit reports and share feedback
- Ensure adherence to service standards

**Skills Required**:

- Good listening & communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn

**Qualifications**:

- Any graduate or 12th pass | No experience required - training provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
