**Customer Engagement Associate (Sales role)**:

- We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage with customers.

You will be working with a team of young girls with an opportunity to think and execute your creative ideas for retaining customers. From conducting events, maintaining relationships with customers, researching and analyzing sales options, and organizing events.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints and objection
- Gather feedback from customers and share it with internal teams to improvise
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing required results

**Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management and open to accepting feedback

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
