Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:
**File Maintenance**:
- Organize and maintain customer files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Regularly update customer records with relevant information.
**Logistics Coordination**:
- Share LR (Lorry Receipt) with the transporter to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatched goods, including details of the transporter and LR.
**Dispatch Management**:
- Monitor and update dispatch status, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch sheets with all necessary details for tracking and reporting.
**Miscellaneous Tasks**:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the CRM team.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
**Education**:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the chemical industry or logistics sector.
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational and file management skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
