Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Client Acquisition:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C segments.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, and referrals.
- Arrange, align, and attend client meetings to present the company's security solutions.
- Develop customized proposals and quotations aligned with client requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured sales planning.
Client Coordination & Relationship Management:
- Act as a bridge between clients and the management team for smooth communication.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, feedback collection, and after-sales relationship maintenance.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products to offer appropriate solutions.
Strategic & Administrative Support:
- Collaborate with management to develop growth strategies and sales campaigns.
- Track and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Represent the company at corporate events, trade shows, and business forums.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for review.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
