We’re Hiring – Business Development ManagerLocation: Ludhiana, PunjabSalary: INR 3 – 7 LPAPosition OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent sales and negotiation skills, along with a strong understanding of e-commerce and retail marketplace dynamics.Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands aiming to grow on premium online marketplaces.- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.- Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and prospects.- Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Marketing & Operations) to deliver impactful solutions.- Prepare business proposals, pitch presentations, and sales reports.- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.- Represent the organization at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.Qualifications & Requirements✅ Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.✅ Experience: 5–9 years in Business Development / Sales (E-commerce, Retail, or Digital Marketing preferred).✅ Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and retail ecosystem.✅ Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets.✅ Strong analytical and negotiation skills.✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Candidate Preferences- Experience: 5–9 years (mandatory in Business Development / Sales)- Education: Master’s degree (preferably Marketing, Business, or related)- Language: Proficiency in English & Hindi (spoken & written)- Location: Open to candidates across India (must be willing to relocate to Ludhiana, Punjab).
