**1. Flowchart Creation and Process Management (FMS)**:
- Develop and maintain flowcharts to illustrate and manage various processes within the organization.
- Ensure that flowcharts are accurate, up-to-date, and reflect current operational procedures.
**2. Checklist Development**:
- Create and update detailed checklists for each process to ensure consistency and completeness.
- Use checklists to standardize and streamline operations across different departments.
**3. Physical Review of Tasks**:
- Conduct physical reviews of tasks and processes to verify that procedures are being followed as documented.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to enhance efficiency.
**4. Cross-Departmental Coordination**:
- Follow up on the progress of tasks and projects across various departments.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure that processes are aligned and that tasks are completed on time.
**5. Departmental Assistance**:
- Assist department heads with assigned tasks and projects as needed.
- Provide support in implementing and tracking departmental processes and initiatives.
**6. Reporting and Documentation**:
- Document processes, procedures, and changes for reference and compliance.
- Prepare reports on task progress, process efficiency, and areas for improvement.
**A. Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in MIS, data management, or process management.
**B. Skills & Knowledge**:
**1. Functional Skills**
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining flowcharts for process management.
- Experience in creating detailed checklists to ensure process consistency across departments.
- Ability to conduct physical reviews of processes, ensuring adherence to documented procedures.
- Strong understanding of cross-departmental coordination and task progress tracking.
- Skilled in providing support to department heads for task execution and process improvement.
- Experience in preparing comprehensive reports on process efficiency and areas for improvement.
**2. Computer Skills**
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Management Information Systems (MIS) and database management software.
- Knowledge of Google sheets/Google Forms/data studio/Scripting.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools for generating reports and tracking performance (e.g., Power BI, Tableau,data studio).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
