Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on Experience & Skills)

- Lead Generation: Identify and develop business opportunities through architects, builders, interior designers, and other industry influencers.
- Industry Networking: Build a strong network and maintain long-term relationships within the building materials and construction ecosystem.
- Client Relationship Management: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored security solutions.
- Solution Selling: Recommend appropriate products (CCTV, biometrics, access control, etc.) based on project specifications.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on ongoing and upcoming construction projects, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
- Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals with a focus on profitability and client satisfaction.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with technical and operations teams for seamless project execution.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed defined sales and business development targets.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines using CRM or internal tools.
- Brand Representation: Represent KES Security professionally in all external engagements, meetings, and events.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
