**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to Management required for
- maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.
- Managing administrative activities involving purchase of equipment’s, maintenance of procurement, safety.
- Specialization in Handling Back Office Operations, Facility Services, Confidential Mails, Quotations and Invoices
- Site survey according to management & supervising all administrative personnel.
- Annual Maintenance and handling contract procurement for Carrier contracts.
- Handling House keeping, Security Team ,Electrical Team,Vendors,TNEB Issues.
- Processing Telecom Bills,Stationery,Vendor Bills
- Managing Expenses(Petty Cash)
- Coordination with government officials.

**Administrative Executive Requirements**:
Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Proficiency in English; second language a plus

Exemplary planning and time management skills

Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

Discretion with personal and confidential information

**Education Qualification**:
Any UG/PG preferable.

Should have sound working experience in MS Excel,Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
