**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain smooth administrative activities
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts for services
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs for a clean, safe work environment
- Monitor safety compliance within office areas, ensuring adherence to industry standards
- Prepare and monitor office administration budgets and track expenses
- Arrange meetings, travel, and company events
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience: 1-3 years in an administrative or office management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
**Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive under pressure
- Basic knowledge of HR or finance processes is a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
