**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in designing, implementing, and reviewing insurance policies and coverage plans.
- Stay updated with IRDAI regulations and ensure compliance in all processes.
- Support underwriting, risk assessment, and claims processing with technical knowledge.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for sales and operations teams.
- Analyze market trends and suggest improvements in product offerings.
- Assist in resolving escalated customer queries and claims-related issues.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer awareness of insurance products.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in general insurance, underwriting, claims, or policy management.
- In-depth knowledge of general insurance policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
- Proficiency in risk assessment and claims handling.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
