As a Sales Executive - Insurance, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of business activities and promoting organizational growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Sales Executive - Insurance at VALUEARC, you will be responsible for the following:

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and terms to customers effectively.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets regularly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers.

**Qualifications Required**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Prior experience in sales, especially in the insurance industry, is a plus but not mandatory
