**Job Title: Outbound Sales Executive (Insurance Sales)**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients for life, term, and health insurance products.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding insurance options.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
- Education: 12th Pass
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of insurance sales experience in life, term, or health insurance.
- Age: Up to 35 years.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Versant Score: 4/5 for Voice.
- Work Environment: Work from Office Only.
- Shift Timings:

- Male Employees: 24*7
- Female Employees: 7 AM - 7 PM Window
- Working Days: 6 Days a week, No Fixed Off.
