As a **Life Insurance Sales Representative,**your role will involve understanding the unique needs of clients and recommending the most suitable life insurance policies, with a special focus on investment plans. You’ll pitch our policies effectively, explain the benefits of long-term financial planning, and ensure clients are fully informed and confident in their decisions. Building trust, nurturing relationships, and meeting sales targets are key components of the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Understand Doctor's needs and recommend the best life insurance and investment plans**.
- Present and pitch life insurance policies, with a focus on investment products, to prospective clients.
- Provide clients with detailed, clear information on the benefits and features of various life insurance policies.
- **Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.**:

- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction post-sale.
- Follow up with clients regularly to maintain strong connections and explore opportunities for additional sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong **knowledge of life insurance products, with a special emphasis on investment plans.**:

- **Min. 2 experience in life insurance or sales is preferred**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to assess and understand the financial needs of clients and offer tailored insurance solutions.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- **Immediate joiners preferred.**

**Salary**:

- In-hand salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
