**Position**: Health Insurance Consultant (B2C Sales)
**Location**: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
**Salary**: Up to ₹8 LPA Fixed + Incentives
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Shift Timings**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a motivated **Health Insurance Consultant** to guide individuals in selecting the best health insurance plans. This is a consultative B2C role - no cold calling, just meaningful interactions with clients who genuinely need guidance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with 4-5 new customers daily via video or call.
- Explain health insurance policies, benefits, and coverage options clearly.
- Provide end-to-end assistance, including claims support if needed.
- Build trust with clients by offering unbiased, consultative guidance.
- Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Minimum 1 year experience in **Health Insurance** (mandatory).
- Strong product knowledge of health insurance policies and insurers.
- Basic understanding of claims processes, waiting periods, co-pays, and deductibles.

**What We Don’t Tolerate**:

- Mis-selling or over-promising.
- Treating insurance as just another sales target.

**Next Steps**:
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
