We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join our Cross-Sell Health Insurance Team in Gurgaon📌 Position: Cross-Sell – Health Insurance📍 Location: Gurgaon🕒 Type: Full-Time🏢 Industry: Health Insurance / Insurance Broking🔍 Role Overview:The purpose of this role is to drive cross-sell health insurance products to existing customers by identifying their needs, educating them on product offerings, and ensuring a smooth sales process and high customer satisfaction.🔑 Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage existing customers for health insurance cross-sell opportunities.Understand customer profiles and recommend suitable health insurance plans.Drive conversion through consultative selling and need-based approach.Follow up on leads, handle objections, and ensure closure within defined timelines.Maintain strong relationships to drive renewals and referrals.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries quickly.Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.Maintain accurate documentation and CRM updates.✅ Candidate Requirements:Minimum 0–2 years of experience in health insurance sales, preferably cross-sell or upsell roles.Experience in an insurance company or broking firm is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-centric mindset with a sales-driven approach.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.📩 Interested?Send your resume to priyanka.8@insurancedekho.com
