We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated International Telecalling Sales Representative to join our team.
**Job Overview**:
As an International Telecalling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating sales and developing relationships with potential clients across different regions. This is a target-driven role that requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in various international markets.
- Introduce and promote our products/services, understanding the specific needs of each market.
- Conduct product presentations and sales pitches over the phone.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
- Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion and long-term retention.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven 1 year experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service, preferably in an international setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to adapt to various cultural communication styles.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
