As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients with the goal of promoting and selling the services. Your main objective will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, and set up appointments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential client from provided leads.
- Introduce and promote services to prospects.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
- Set up appointments for the Project Manager with interested prospects.
- Build and maintain a positive client relationship through effective communication.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products or services.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Maintain a record of client interactions and update the database with relevant information.
- Achieve individual and team targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the business team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT) is preferred.
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a telecalling or telemarketing role is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive phone manner.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively handle objections and rejection.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
