**Position Overview**

We are looking for an enthusiastic **Telecalling Executive** to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote company products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Explain product features, offers, and benefits to clients.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Hindi.
- Good listening and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
- Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing/customer care is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹27,356.98 per month
