System Administrator

**Looking to hire a skilled System Administrator/Senior desktop engineer to assist our users with computer hardware and software issues, also capable to handle CEO/ GMs/Seniors/ Foreign visitors.**

**Hindi language is Mandatory.**

Ø Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.

Ø Well versed in Outlook configuration and domain environment.

Ø Sharing file/folder and printers.

Ø Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.

Ø Troubleshooting basic networking and connection issues.

Ø Good understanding of network equipment, including switches, routers, and firewalls.

Ø Usage Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP

Ø Good knowledge of Helpdesk and Ticketing systems.

Ø Workstations / Laptops OS installation / configurations.

Ø Handled Tickets through professional IT Service Management solution.

Ø Raise ticket with OEM for faulty asset replacement.

Ø Ensure all IT hardware are up and running, including CCTV, WiFi AP.

Ø Traveling to the client’s location or connecting via a remote connection.

Ø Must have good English written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
