Hiring for Office 365 Support Engineer | Work from Office | Kochi, Kerala

Note: Graduate/ Post graduate with 1-2 years of Office 365 troubleshooting experience can apply.

Experience on Office 365 administration is mandatory

  • Remote and onsite user support and assistance
  • Daily systems maintenance and performance checks
  • Backup checks and remediation
  • Desktop device installation, configuration and support
  • Liaison with 3rd party vendors

Required Candidate profile

Must have hands on experience on Office 365 troubleshooting / Exchange Server / AD Azure.

  • Experience in a Level 1 IT Support role;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, and applications, networking, general software and hardware, and Active Directory;
  • Installation and configuration of PCs, thin clients, servers and network equipment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • A strong customer focused approach;
  • A strong work ethic;
  • A great team player; and
  • A positive "can do" attitude.
