**Job Title**: Electrical Supervisor - Maintenance
**Department**: Electrical Maintenance
**Reports To**: Maintenance Manager / Engineering Manager
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day electrical maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, including **transformers, switchgear, ACBs, VCBs**, and related substation equipment.
- Diagnose faults and breakdowns in electrical systems and carry out timely repairs.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain and update maintenance logs, schedules, and reports.
- Lead and guide maintenance electricians and technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
- Participate in inspections, audits, and testing of electrical systems.
- Manage inventory of electrical spare parts and request replenishments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma or Degree** in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- **2+ years of hands-on experience** in electrical maintenance, preferably in an industrial or utilities environment.
- Strong knowledge of **transformers, ACBs, VCBs, switchgear**, and **substation equipment**.
- Familiarity with electrical codes, safety standards, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in high-voltage systems and power distribution.

**Working Conditions**:

- Will be required to work in industrial or plant environments.
- Must be available for on-call support and emergency response outside regular hours.
- Physical ability to work at heights or in confined spaces, as needed.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
