An Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a team of electrical maintenance technicians, ensuring the proper functioning and safety of all electrical systems within a facility by planning, assigning, and supervising the installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical equipment, while adhering to all safety regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities:

- **Team Management**:

- Lead and supervise a team of electrical maintenance technicians, assigning tasks based on skills and workload.
- Train new technicians on proper procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to improve skills.
- **Maintenance Planning and Scheduling**:

- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for electrical systems and equipment.
- Prioritize repair requests and allocate resources efficiently.
- Monitor and track maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
- **Electrical System Oversight**:

- Inspect electrical systems, components, and equipment for potential hazards and malfunctions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
- Perform repairs and replacements on electrical equipment as needed.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to all electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections and training sessions for the team.
- Investigate and report any safety incidents.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Generate reports on system performance, maintenance costs, and compliance status.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Technical Expertise**: Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, motor controls, lighting systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

- **Safety Awareness**: Deep understanding of electrical safety procedures and regulations.

Pay: ₹22,330.77 - ₹27,274.62 per month
