AC Technician & Electrical Maintenance Personnel

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of **air conditioning systems** (split, cassette, and central units).
- Attend to emergency breakdowns and ensure mínimal downtime at outlets.
- Carry out **electrical maintenance tasks** including wiring, lighting, and equipment installation.
- Periodic inspection of electrical and AC systems to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain service logs and report issues to the Operations Manager.
- Coordinate with vendors for replacement parts and specialized repair jobs.
- Provide support during new outlet installations and renovations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-5 years of experience** in AC repair and electrical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, safety protocols, and HVAC systems.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or AC Mechanic preferred.
- Willingness to travel to various outlet locations when needed.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency repairs.
- Basic understanding of Malayalam or Hindi is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
