**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision & Coordination**:

- Lead and supervise a team of marine electricians and technicians.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed on time and within specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments for smooth workflow.
- **Electrical Installation & Maintenance**:

- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems on ships and marine structures.
- Ensure proper wiring, cabling, and electrical equipment installation per marine industry standards.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems.
- **Troubleshooting & Repairs**:

- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in marine systems, including power distribution, navigation, lighting, and communication systems.
- Implement solutions for electrical failures to minimize downtime.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to marine electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety procedures to prevent hazards.
- Ensure compliance with international marine regulations (e.g., SOLAS, IMO, ABS, DNV).
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of electrical work, inspections, and test results.
- Prepare daily reports on work progress, issues, and material requirements.
- Assist in procurement by identifying electrical components and spare parts.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: ITI,Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in marine electrical systems, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of marine electrical systems, including generators, switchboards, and automation.
- Proficiency in reading electrical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and power distribution systems.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and coordination with multiple teams.

**Work Environment & Conditions**:

- Work may be performed onboard ships, in shipyards, or dry docks.
- Requires flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and overtime when necessary.
- Exposure to outdoor environments and marine weather conditions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
