Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Hotel Chettungal, New Town, Angamaly

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage all hotel maintenance operations, ensuring safety, functionality, and efficiency throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise maintenance staff and daily repair operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when necessary.
  • Maintain records of repairs, equipment, and maintenance costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or ITI in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2–9 years of experience in maintenance (preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry).
  • Strong technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience).
