**Job Title**: BMS Supervisor
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the Building Management System (BMS).
- Monitor and control HVAC, lighting, fire alarm systems, energy management systems, and other automated building services.
- Analyze system data, perform diagnostics, and resolve technical issues related to the BMS.
- Ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of building systems.
- Coordinate with the technical team and external vendors for system maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate logs of system performance and incidents.
- Conduct regular system checks, preventive maintenance, and calibration of equipment.
- Implement and enforce safety and operational standards.
- Provide training and guidance to BMS Operators and technical team members.
**Experience & Qualifications**:
- Minimum **4 years of experience as a BMS Operator or Supervisor**.
- Educational background in **Electronics Engineering (Diploma/Degree)**.
- Strong technical knowledge of BMS software platforms, controllers, and hardware systems.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of energy management, HVAC control systems, fire safety systems, and automation protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, KNX) is an advantage.
**Compensation**:
- **Monthly Salary**: ₹28,000 - ₹30,000
