- Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network administration systems.
- Troubleshooting IT issues, resolving system outages, and providing technical support.
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring optimal uptime for all IT resources.
- Managing IT security protocols to protect systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Assisting with data backups, disaster recovery planning, and implementation.
- Managing inventory for IT equipment and recommending necessary upgrades or replacements.
- Documenting IT policies, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for internal use.
- Conducting periodic system analysis and audits to ensure compliance with organisational IT standards.
- Collaborating with other departments to understand technology requirements and integrate new technologies.
