Sales Executive - Sanitaryware Tiles Showroom

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune

**Responsibilities**:
Generate sales leads and develop new business opportunities by proactively approaching customers, architects, contractors, and interior designers.

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in the selection of sanitaryware tiles, understanding their requirements, and offering appropriate product recommendations.

Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features, advantages, and benefits of various sanitaryware tiles to potential customers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively closing deals and negotiating prices to maximize sales revenue and profitability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively address customer queries and provide accurate information.

Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure that products are displayed effectively, the showroom is well-maintained, and inventory levels are accurately monitored

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the showroom's products and services and generate leads.

Continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training sessions and self-learning to stay ahead in the competitive market.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive in the sanitaryware tiles industry or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling skills.

Sound knowledge of sanitaryware tiles, including their features, installation process, and maintenance requirements.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

**Salary**: ₹8,262.98 - ₹30,220.82 per month
