Customer Service & Payment Collection Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Telecommunication & Order Management:
Coordinating with clients to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and product details.
Maintaining proper records of customer conversations and order progress.
Payment Follow-ups & Collections:
Regularly following up with customers for pending payments.
Sending reminders for overdue invoices and maintaining a follow-up tracker.
Coordinating with the accounts department to ensure timely receipt and reconciliation of payments.
Addressing client queries regarding invoices and payment terms.
Negotiating payment schedules if needed and ensuring adherence to credit policies.
Customer Relationship & Support:
Handling inquiries related to products, orders, and payments.
Resolving client concerns and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.
Building long-term relationships with customers to improve business retention.
Documentation & Reporting:
Keeping records of payments received and outstanding dues.
Preparing and sharing periodic reports with management regarding collections and defaulters.
Maintaining accurate records of communication with customers.
Skills & Requirements:
✔ Strong communication skills in English and Hindi,
✔ Experience in sales coordination, customer service, or accounts receivables
✔ Knowledge payment reconciliation (preferred)
✔ Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, CRM software
✔ Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate payment terms
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
