**Role & Responsibility**:

**Collections Management**:
Initiate and manage the collections process for outstanding accounts receivable.

**Account Analysis**:
Review and analyze customer accounts to identify trends in payment behavior.

Prepare and maintain reports on collection status and outstanding debts.

**Customer Relations**:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate payment resolutions.

Address customer inquiries regarding invoices, payment terms, and account status.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with the sales and finance teams to resolve any billing discrepancies.

Assist in developing strategies to improve collection processes and minimize delinquency.

**Documentation**:
Maintain accurate and organized records of communications and payment agreements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in collections practices.

**Skills**:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
