Key Responsibilities**:
- Administrative Support**:
1. Managing the proprietor's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
3. Maintaining and organizing the proprietor's files and documents
4. Managing phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls appropriately
**- Financial Management**:
1. Handling petty cash and reimbursements
2. Maintaining records of expenses and invoices
3. Assisting in preparing financial reports and statements
4. Coordinating with the accountant or financial advisor
5. Working on basic accounting and book-keeping
**- Client Management**:
1. Maintaining client records and databases
2. Scheduling client meetings and appointments
3. Coordinating with clients for queries and concerns
4. Assisting in preparing client proposals and presentations
**- Business Operations**:
1. Handling office administration and maintenance
2. Coordinating with vendors and suppliers
3. Managing office supplies and equipment
4. Assisting in organizing and attending business meetings and events
**- Communication and Coordination**:
2. Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
3. Coordinating with other team members or departments as required
4. Working on HR-related tasks (e.g. employee records, payroll processing)
**Experience**:
