**Job Title**: Executive Administrative Assistant
**Experience**: 1-2 Years
**Location**: Noida Sec - 63
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000/month
**Employment Type**: Full-time (Work from Office)
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain attendance records and process employee salaries
- Update and manage CRM tools regularly with accurate data
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Director with internal/external parties
- Assist in basic HR tasks including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, organized workspace
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Support onboarding of new employees and maintain employee records
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in admin, HR, or office coordination
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible
