**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule/reschedule first day of work for the employees and sharing necessary information.
- Resolve queries on a ticketing platform. Knowledge of Service now will be added advantage
- Maintaining a quality score of 90% and above throughout.
- Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems
- Ensure process controls are in place; Maintain, validate and update process documentations as applicable to ensure compliance with documentation requirements

Ø Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls

Ø Participate in Team building activities

Ø Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data

Ø Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Experience - Fresher to 3 Years experience in Customer support (BPO)
- Fresher
- **3,00,000 Per Annum **Monthly**-25000 CTC**:

- Experience Package - **4,80,000 Per Annum** Monthly
- **40,000 CTC**:

- **Transport : Two way cab facility (Pick up & Drop) Will be provided in free of cost**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
