**Purpose**:
We are looking for high performing Bank Alliance person who will meet our customer
acquisition and revenue growth objectives through partnership and bank alliance programs.

**Key Tasks & Accountabilities**:
- Developing key growth alliance strategies, tactics and action plans.
Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve financial targets
- Responsible for strategic tie ups with the banks
- Ensure a higher level of engagements with
the banks
- Key Account Management for Banks for New Business Opportunities / Enhancements
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting bank relationships
- Partner with banks to understand
their business/product needs and objectives and accordingly build/customize company
product
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical
budgets and strategic direction of accountsExperience required
Proven solution selling experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate,
present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Proven ability to position products against competitors
Demonstrable experience as a bank alliance person
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Must have the flair of understanding technology and enjoy building solutions
Should be able to understand requirements & suggest best-fit solution
such as lending/digital lending or worked in alliance role with lending/fintech companies

Key Requirements

Should have a large set of satisfied customers and establish a good relationship
