**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and qualify potential B2B clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking progress and updating CRM systems accordingly.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business challenges and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work autonomously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a drive to exceed goals and expectation
